Still A Winner
In reading the story about Dave Bing's success in the steel industry ("Basketball Player Dave Bing Goes for the Steel," Insider, May), I couldn't help but think back to the last 1960s, when I watched him play basketball at Syracuse University.
Bing was known then as a person who not only had unusual natural talent, but one who worked hard at his craft and helped his teammates to look good. He was known as a leader.
It seems like he is still playing the same kind of game.
