* Joseph Dunne, regional sales manager at Matthews All Natural Inc., in Woburn, Mass., a small bread and muffin maker whose six-person staff sells direct to supermarkets.
* Manny Feris, national sales manager at Rambusch Decorating Co., d/b/a/ Rambusch Lighting, a New York City manufacturer of custom and standard lighting that sells through 56 independent representatives. The company does some direct sales.
* Richard P. Fried, president of Kanon Bloch Carre & Co., in Boston, an independent stock-brokerage firm specializing in mutual funds. The firm has six in-house salespeople, nontravelers who work largely by telephone.
* Richard Jennings recently left a large corporation to become national sales manager at CardioData Corp., a Northboro, Mass., manufacturer of a heartbeat-recording device sold direct to hospitals. Jennings is in the process of organizing a direct-sales staff.
* Wilson Harrell, moderator, has been in sales for 45 years. As INC. publisher, he now manages some 50 marketing and salespeople.
