New business dips potato chips in chocolate.
With a product like that, you've got to be good. Last year, Yuppie Gourmet Inc., in Racine, Wis., was good enough to sell about 170,000 boxes of its chocolate-dipped potato chips, called Chips Au Chocolat, at retail prices ranging from $4 to $25. Next up for founder Hollis Savin: chocolate-covered pretzels.
