How many baseball fans would like a shot at big-league managing? Interactive Network plans to give them their chance. The Mountain View, Calif., company is testing a system that will allow television viewers to predict plays -- and respond to commercials -- via laptop units. Developed under license from Major League Baseball Properties, the game gives players the chance to learn their national rankings by linking up to a central computer by phone.
