Company plans to sell advertising to publications put out by various women's organizations.

Is there a better way for advertisers to reach women executives? Talia Carner thinks so. The former publisher of Savvy magazine has set up Business Women Leadership Media Inc., in New York City, to sell advertising in a dozen or so publications put out by professional women's associations. The company claims to deliver "the pure professional" to such advertisers as IBM and Buick.
