Woman starts the first venture capital fund designed to help women-run companies.

Why aren't more women entrepreneurs backed by venture capital? Jennifer Wilson, a former investment manager at a state-run venture fund in Iowa, thinks it's partly because a lot of women are intimidated by the process. She hopes to remedy the situation with Sky Venture Capital Fund, in Des Moines -- the first fund designed to finance women-run businesses. -- Leslie Brokaw
