Inc. 500 CEO starts another company: a motivational seminar group for executives.

Two-time INC. 500 CEO Sheila West was getting more requests for speaking engagements than she could handle herself. So the cofounder of Archery Center International started another business to replicate her talks to business groups. Aim Concepts, in Monroe, Mich., will provide motivational seminars for company builders, led by people who are themselves full-time executives in their own companies.
