The newest wave in architectural modeling: using computerized videos to enable potential lessees to "walk through" planned buildings, seeing everything from the texture of the walls to the views from the windows. Digital Impact, in Glendale, Calif., generates those videos; its major obstacle is persuading clients to move beyond low-tech artist's renderings and models.
