Technology transfer: a great idea, if only you could sell it. A new joint venture in Baltimore aims to do just that. Triad Investors Corp., seeded by The Johns Hopkins University, 3i Ventures, and other corporate investors, has been launched to midwife emerging technologies into commercial markets.
