Keeping up with the welter of postings demanded by the Department of Labor and state governments can be a pain in the neck. Although you can get the posters gratis from the government (for federal posters, write to Employment Standards Administration, Office of Support Services, U.S. Department of Labor, Room S3013C, 200 Constitution Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20210), you might consider buying sturdier versions from Career Dynamics, of Mendota, Ill. (800-346-1231), which produces a 15-by-22-inch laminated Labor Law poster for $8.95. The poster displays all federal regulations, in English or Spanish: Minimum Wage Law, Job Safety and Health Protection (OSHA), Polygraph Testing, Equal Employment Opportunity, Handicapped Workers' Rights, Age Discrimination, and Child Labor. State labor posters are available, too.
