Salaries for Financial Employees
Chart showing financial employees' salaries have remained relatively low 1992-93.

For companies thinking of upgrading their internal financial staffs, the sluggish economy has one bright spot: the job market is flooded with financial experts, helping keep salaries relatively low. Here are some findings from a national survey conducted annually by Robert Half International, a job-placement agency in Menlo Park, Calif. (Jobs and salaries listed relate to companies with sales of up to $15 million.)
