Perfect Courier founder and CEO Norm Brodsky was sitting in his Manhattan office one day when a new manager came in and announced that the toilet was flooding. "What do we do? Who's our plumber?" asked the newcomer. Brodsky stood up, went to a closet, got out a mop and a bucket, and proceeded to clean up the bathroom. "There," said the chief exec. "That's what we do when the toilet floods. Next time, you'll know."
