Xerox Expands Small-Business Offerings With Color Printer

 

Xerox (NYSE:XRX)  has introduced a new color laser network printer specifically designed and priced for small businesses that need to produce vivid, professional color documents.

Priced at $449, the Xerox Phaser 6130 Color Laser Printer features a 333MHz processor, up to 1 GB of available memory and a 250-sheet paper tray. It offers 600x600x4 dpi resolution and 16 shades of color per pixel, and prints on a wide variety of labels, card stock and envelopes. High-quality prints are delivered at a rate of up to 12 pages per minute in color and 16 pages per minute in black and white. The new printer uses Xerox's environmentally friendly Emulsion Aggregation High Gloss Toner, which provides crisp text and uniform color.

As part of the Xerox Green World Alliance, toner cartridges and routine maintenance supplies are recyclable and the printer is ENERGY STAR compliant.
