LivePerson Expands Integration Into NetSuite Platform
Online engagement solutions provider LivePerson (NASDAQ:LPSN) has expanded participation in NetSuite's SuiteFlex Developer Program. NetSuite's One System Architecture now has advanced LivePerson integration features to meet the needs of multi-channel sales and service organizations.
SuiteFlex on-demand development platform allows third-party applications to integrate rich transaction data, such as orders, inventory, invoices and shipments, with their own applications, resulting in new workflows and applications built by customers and third-party developers that look and operate as if NetSuite developers wrote them.
In addition, blending the functionality of the SuiteFlex platform with real-time, hosted chat technology, LivePerson Chat for NetSuite supplies online sales and customer support to small and midsize businesses. Finally, LivePerson's Operator Console offers automatic access to NetSuite's applications.
