New Faces At SBA
The federal small-business agency appoints a new chief of staff.

The U.S. Small Business Administration has filled vacancies at two upper-level positions, the agency announced earlier this week.
Molly Wilkinson, who since March has served as the General Services Administration's chief acquisition officer, was named the new SBA Chief of Staff. She will replace the departing Joel Szabat in January.
Eric Zarnikow will head SBA's Office of Capital Access, which is responsible for the management and oversight of the agency's principle lending, international trade, surety bond, and venture capital programs. Zarnikow, a board member at Caraustar Industries (NASDAQ:CSAR), will begin next week.
