Time Warner Unveils Telephony System for SMBs
Data, video and security solutions provider Time Warner Cable Business Class, a division of Time Warner (NYSE:TWX), has expanded its suite of services for small and midsize businesses in North Texas with the launch of Business Class Phone. The business-grade digital telephony service features local and long distance calling in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico for a flat monthly fee.
Additional features in the basic package include hunting, inbound and outbound call restrictions, and three-way call transfer. Business Class Phone can be combined with a customer's existing data, video and security services.
"Our ability to seamlessly bundle Business Class Phone with other business communications services makes us a viable single-source option for all SMB in the Dallas area," Joe Morris, vice president Time Warner Cable Business Services Customers, said in a statement.
