Bank of America Offers Online Banking In Spanish
Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) now offers many online banking and financial management features in Spanish, making them more accessible to Hispanic customers and small-business owners nationwide. Viewing account information, transferring funds between accounts, receiving text and e-mail alerts, and locating ATMs and banking centers can now all be done in Spanish.
Additional features now available in Spanish include enrolling in Online Banking with SiteKey, accessing customer service, and accessing Small Business Online Banking. As with the English banking Web site, Bank of America's Spanish site offers safeguard features like SiteKey, which help ensure that customers are accessing a valid Web site when logging on to online banking.
Online banking customers simply set their language preference to view the Web site and receive alerts in their preferred language. Bank of America will soon introduce a new home page in Spanish, as well.
