Barry Communications Unveils Managed Services

 

Barry Communications, an authorized reseller of Allworx, which is a subsidiary of PAETEC (NASDAQ:PAET), has introduced its new managed services offering. Barry Managed Services offers a cost-effective voice and data system to small and midsize businesses throughout New England.

The new service includes monitoring, management and maintenance. It features a fixed-priced solution for Internet, dial tone, network management, spam blocking, backup and recovery, and support services, such as training, product upgrades, and warranty assurances on the user’s investment.

For $40 per month per phone, Barry offers auto attendant and multi-site capabilities, such as three- or four-digit dialing across Allworx systems in multiple sites; call assistant functionality to help users manage calls; and remote user capabilities.
