123Together.com Launches New Hosted Exchange 2007 Service Pack
Hosted messaging and collaboration solutions provider 123Together.com, a Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Gold Certified Partner, has introduced the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1. Designed and priced for small and midsize businesses, the new bundle provides customers with greater functionality, improved stability and certain product enhancements.
Service Pack 1 offers the option of using Local Continuous Replication (LCR) or Cluster Continuous Replication (CCR) services with Exchange 2007 dedicated servers. The LCR option allows for a fully redundant mirror of all hosted data to be maintained on the customer's Exchange Server on secondary storage devices. The CCR option allows for customers to have an alternate server, which maintains a full mirror of their data.
Outlook Web Access, which comes with Exchange 2007, was also redesigned to include public folder access, enhanced security, WebReady document viewing and PST file import.
