SAP, Business Objects Unveil Software Packages
The applications are designed and priced for the small businesses.
SAP (NYSE:SAP) and Business Objects (NASDAQ:BOBJ) have announced nine joint product packages to be sold by each company's global sales team, three of which are specifically designed and priced for the small and midsize business sector.
The SAP Business All-in-One with BusinessObjects Edge Standard package combines a robust business process platform with a comprehensive business intelligence offering. The Crystal Reports Server package provides businesses with a complete reporting solution. The BusinessObjects Edge Series package includes integration for SAP Solutions, giving midsize SAP customers enhanced reporting and analysis capabilities.
"We fully intend to build upon these offerings and provide our customers with the innovative, market-leading solutions they've come to expect from SAP and Business Objects," Léo Apotheker, deputy CEO and president of customer solutions and operations at SAP, said in a statement.
