AIRCHARGE Releases BlackBerry Card Swipe Tool

The application allows retailers to accept payments in mobile environments.

AIRCHARGE, a wireless payment processing solutions provider and subsidiary of Pipeline Data (OTCBB:PPDA)(OTCBB:PPDA), has released its first Bluetooth card swipe and printer solution for Research In Motion's (NYSE:RIMM) (NASDAQ:RIMM) BlackBerry smartphones operating on Sprint (NYSE:S) (NYSE:S) Mobile Broadband and Nextel National Networks.

AIRCHARGE credit card payment systems are used by merchants to accept payments in various mobile environments, including at-home services, such as air-conditioning and heating, plumbing, limousine and taxi, and delivery, as well as at trade shows, flea markets and anywhere else that standard phone lines are limited or expensive. The payment processing software can be uploaded to a variety of BlackBerry smartphones over the air and is compatible with virtually any merchant processing account. Both the software and the latest version of AirBlue Pro swipe printer include upgrades to the credit card reader, printing speed and battery life.
