The new location offers 67 offices, 137 workstations and a boardroom.
The Regus Group has signed a lease agreement to open a new business center in Lexington, Kentucky. Located in the Lexhold International Center for Technological Innovation Building, which is part of the Coldstream Research Campus, the 17,500-square-foot space will feature 67 offices, 137 workstations, one boardroom, one meeting room, and one videoconferencing studio.
Regus offers its small and midsize business customers a fixed monthly price that includes a fully furnished office or virtual office, meeting rooms or videoconferencing facilities, as well as unlimited access to more than 950 locations worldwide.
"Our first center in Kentucky is ideally situated in one of the premier business locations in the state," Michael Berretta, vice president of business development for Regus, said in a statement. "Coldstream is already home to companies representing an array of industries and that perfectly complements our strategy of providing cost-effective, flexible workplace solutions to businesses of all sizes, regardless of industry."
