Regus Opens New Business Center
The new business center will feature 53 offices and 90 workstations.
The Regus Group has signed a lease agreement to open a 12,000-square-foot center in downtown Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The new business center will feature 53 offices, 90 workstations, one boardroom, and one videoconferencing studio.
Ideal for small and midsize businesses, Regus offers its customers one-page contracts and a fixed monthly price that includes IT and administrative services, as well as access to 950 locations worldwide.
"Our clients have long been requesting that we expand into Baltimore and we couldn't have selected a more ideal location for our first center in the city," Michael Berretta, vice president of business development for Regus, said in a statement. "With its convenient location in the heart of Baltimore's Central Business District and proximity to all of the points of interest this historic area has to offer, we anticipate a great deal of demand for our new Inner Harbor Center."
