Office Depot Unveils Tech Support
The service offers small businesses a one-stop shop for PC tune-ups and repairs.
Office Depot (NYSE:ODP) has introduced a new tech support service targeting small and home offices. Remote Tech Depot Services are available nationwide and in-store service is available at 85 Office Depot retail locations in Florida. Nationwide in-store availability is expected by year end.
The service provides customers with a one-stop shop for PC tune-ups and repairs, wireless network installation, new software installation, and even setting up a data protection and backup plan for critical files.
"Many small businesses and home office professionals simply don't have the time or budget to handle their numerous computer and technology needs and are looking for help," Chuck Rubin, president of North American retail for Office Depot, said in a statement.
