Jott Networks Unveils New BlackBerry Tool
The application allows users to verbally reply to e-mail messages.
Jott Networks has made its voice-to- text technology available on BlackBerry smartphones from Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM). The new application allows users to verbally reply to e-mail messages.
Customers can download the application file from the Jott Web site. The Reply with Jott option allows them to speak a message, which is then converted to text and seamlessly integrated into an e-mail and sent to the intended recipient. Jott for BlackBerry is currently available for the 8800, Curve and Pearl models.
"Staying on top of e-mail is beneficial for people on the move," Jott Networks CEO, John Pollard, said in a statement. "Reply with Jott can dramatically increase the speed and richness of replying to e-mail, and frees up time for other things."
