Nortel, Cox to Sell VoIP
Cox Business customers will have access to Nortel's service packages.
Cox Business and Nortel (NYSE:NT) have teamed up to design and sell voice, data and equipment solutions in select Cox service areas. The Nortel Sales Center will also offer equipment installation and provide technical support.
Cox Business customers will now have access to Nortel's product and services packages, including its hybrid IP PBX, the Business Communications Manager. Cox Business clients include small businesses, multi-location enterprises, regional healthcare providers and federal, state and local government organizations.
"Nortel has extensive experience in both carrier and enterprise solutions specifically designed for the business segment, which has allowed us to offer providers like Cox Business the opportunity to tap into our expertise in this segment," Valorie Walker, director of North American Inside Sales at Nortel, said in a statement.
