Online Small Businesses Growing
Nov. 20, 2006 -- Within the next four years 82 percent of the nation's small businesses will be online, according to study released today by JupiterResearch, a New York-based research group.
Currently, more than 20 million businesses with fewer than 100 employees use the Internet regularly, spending over $43 billion in online business purchases last year alone, the study found.
Most have fewer than five employees, the study found.
