Skype Offers Multi-Person Online Meetings
Nov. 8, 2006 --- A new version of Skype released today allows users to join in multi-person telephone conversations over the Internet, the online telephone firm said.
With Public Chats, a feature of Skype 3.0, users hosting a call can set rules about who can and cannot participate in discussions. As such, the calls can be used for private meetings or public forums, the company said.
