Seniors Group Seeks Best Employers
Jan. 8, 2007 -- AARP, the nation's largest advocacy group for seniors, is seeking nominees for its seventh annual Best Employers for Workers Over 50 list.
Each year, the group honors businesses that provide the best benefits for older workers, such flexible work options, training opportunities, competitive health and retirement plans, and age-neutral performance and appraisal systems.
The winners are chosen by an independent research firm and a panel of workplace experts. Any business based in the U.S. with at least 50 employees is eligible. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 22.
