Jan. 9, 2007 -- JasperSoft, a San Francisco-based open-source software firm, has released a free open-source reporting application integrated with Salesforce.com, the company said Tuesday.

Jasper4Salesforce allows Salesforce.com users to create customized reports and charts, while offering a drag-and-drop interface to enable users to easily query their database, the company said.
