Former Inc. 500 Firm Partners with Amazon.com
Jan. 12, 2007 -- InPhonic, a Washington-based wireless services firm, announced Friday it has begun selling its Wirefly.com brand mobile phones and wireless plans on Amazon.com.
InPhonic, which becomes the only third-party wireless merchant at Amazon.com, is offering a full suite of activated cell phones, smartphones, PDAs, and aircards with service plans from Cingular Wireless and prepaid cell phones, the company said.
In 2004, InPhonic topped the Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest growing private companies.
