VoIP Call Monitoring Software

 

Jan. 22, 2007 -- Telrex, a Kirkland, Wash.-based software company, announced Monday the release of CallRex Professional 3.5, a software system that enables businesses using hosted VoIP services to record and monitor calls from multiple office locations.

CallRex allows supervisors and managers to selectively monitor and record the calls of designated users regardless of their location and transfer the files to archived storage in real time, or in batches at off-peak times, to minimized bandwidth utilization, the company said.

The new software also places a digital watermark on call recordings to prevent them from being secretly altered or edited, the company said.
