Free Web Hosting for Veterans
Feb. 1, 2007 -- Advanced Internet Technologies, a Fayetteville, N.C.-based Web-hosting firm, is offering military veterans and reservists a year of free Web hosting with each purchase of a domain name.
The company said the offer is in honor the entrepreneurial spirit of veterans, and seeks to help them launch new businesses.
Clarence E. Briggs III, the founder and CEO of AIT, is a service-disabled veteran who launched the company in a garage ten years ago. It has since grown into a multimillion dollar business that has been named twice to the Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.
