Free IT Advice for Remote Offices
March 9, 2007 -- Evolve Technologies, a Fairfax, Va.-based IT consulting firm, will host a free presentation on the latest innovations in linking remote-office operations at Microsoft's Reston, Va., facility on March 20, the company announced this week.
The presentation will include a demonstration of Microsoft Branch Office Solution, which can be used to connect multiple business locations and reduce Wide Area Network traffic by up to 70 percent, the company said.
The Microsoft Across America Mobile Event Experience, a 42-foot truck completely outfitted with the latest business technology, will also be on site with new products from Microsoft, Cisco, HP and Intel, the company said.
