Customer Loyalty Marketing Tool
March 14, 2007 -- Leadwav, a Sacramento, Calif.-based targeted-marketing firm, has launched a new application to help small businesses reach their local customers through customized online promotional materials, the company announced Tuesday.
Loyalty 2, which is currently only available in the Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, markets, allows users to build contact lists from Web-based enrollment in customer loyalty programs managed by Leadwav, the company said.
The application helps smaller businesses deliver customized interactive electronic coupons, newsletters, and promotional materials to customers targeted by ZIP code or purchase history, the company said.
