New Customer Interaction Tool
March 19, 2007 -- Salesforce.com, a San Francisco-based on-demand software firm, has released a CRM application that enables users to manage and share sales support, marketing, and partner data on-demand, the company said Monday.
Salesforce Spring '07 features AppSpace, a new product that lets users create a secure, branded online environment in which customers can engage with Salesforce and other AppExchange applications, the company said.
AppSpace also allows users to collaborate directly with their customers through shared materials, such as spreadsheet mashups or custom applications, the company said.
