Inc. 500 Tech-Consulting Firm Expands
April 25, 2007 -- Ascentium, a Bellevue, Wash.-based technology consulting firm, has acquired Invoke Systems, a customer-centered technology-solutions provider based in Baltimore, the companies announced Wednesday.
The deal establishes Ascentium as the nation's largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultancy firms, and will allow the company to further expand its presence on the East Coast, company officials said.
"This acquisition will not only enhance Ascentium's ability to address the rising market demand for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but will also accommodate our need to recruit and grow into a world-class practice that will continue to serve our rapidly growing client base," Jim Beebe, president of Ascentium, said in a statement.
Ascentium ranked No. 205 on the 2006 Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.
