Middle East Entrepreneurship Program Launched

 

Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business will launch an entrepreneurship program in Doha, Qatar, in the fall, school officials said.

The Executive Entrepreneurship Certificate Program aims to help aspiring business leaders build technology-based businesses and boost start-up activity across the Middle East. The program will focus on skills and techniques for managing technology ventures, while offering hands-on experience through practical projects. International investors, entrepreneurs, and mentors will participate in the curriculum and share their experience with students.

The first classes begin in September and are open to students at Carnegie Mellon's business school, as well as business executives in the Middle East, school officials said.
