Author Offers Tips for Entrepreneurs

 

Michael Gerber, a small business expert who founded consulting firm E-Myth Worldwide, will hold a day-long training course for entrepreneurs next month in Denver, Colo., organizers announced this week. 

"Awaken the Entrepreneur Within You" will outline the many tips Gerber included in his New York Times bestselling book, "E-Myth Revisited," while working with participants on identifying problem areas in their businesses.

"Most small businesses fail because people start them for the wrong reasons and go about doing it the wrong way," Gerber said in a statement. "Creating a successful business is a learnable, replicable experience that anyone can go through."

The event, which will be held Aug. 6, will kick off Gerber's year-long 55-stop tour through the United States.
