Stanford Hosts Technology Summit
Stanford University this month hosts its fourth annual business summit, which will focus on promising entrepreneurial activities and investments in the global technology industry.
The two-and-a-half day Stanford Summit is expected to attract more than 1,000 technology, media and advertising CEOs, business development officers, media buyers, venture capitalists, and private-equity investors, organizers said this week.
This year's keynote speakers will include YouTube founder and CEO Chad Hurley, former Federal Communications Commission chairman Michael Powell, and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, among others. In addition, innovative companies, high-tech innovators, and investors will hold panel debates on the economic, political, and commercial trends affecting the global technology industry.
