Students, academics, entrepreneurs, and business leaders will gather in Malibu this month for a conference on the impact of social entrepreneurship, organizers said this week.
"Revolution Through Social Enterprise" features seven panel discussions ranging from corporate social responsibility to investing in social entrepreneurship. Jim Fruchterman, chairman and founder The Benetech Initiative, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based technology innovation firm, will give the keynote address.
The conference will take place Sept. 21 at the Graziadio Executive Center at Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif. For more information, visit http://law.pepperdine.edu/palmer/upcoming.html.
