Small-Business Bankers Gather in Chicago

 

Small-business bankers are heading to Chicago this month for a conference on how to appeal to smaller firms, organizers said.

The Small Business Banking Conference features educational sessions for sales, marketing, and credit-lending on topics like customer service, credit card payments, and effective use of online tools. Keynote speakers include executives from Citizens Financial Group, Bank of America, Capital One, and Visa.
