MasterCard and Gilt Groupe have struck a partnership to offer Gilt City’s local deals to MasterCard users.

Through a global program the credit card company is calling “Priceless Cities,” registered users will be sent city-specific offers on restaurants, concert tickets and travel advantages.

Gilt City, the local deals offshoot of the high-end flash sale site, already operates in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago Miami, San Francisco and Washington. Priceless Cities will cover New York, Chicago, Beijing, London, and Toronto.

The partnership will give Gilt City access to a new user base of MasterCard customers.

Gilt Groupe has been struggling over the last year, closing several offices and laying off employees in a restructuring effort that included shutting down some markets in the Gilt City program.
