Are Peer Groups Useful?
Why joining a peer group will help you to be a better business owner
I think joining a peer group, where you discuss business issues with other CEOs, should be mandatory! You can go up a curve more quickly, more intelligently, and less painfully with people who have done it before to support you. Put another way: Would you pull a one-ton brick down the street yourself, or would you have others help you? If you direct your questions to 100 people, you will get that much more information. I think that peer groups are critical to the success of a CEO.
