Charlton is a man with no tolerance for anything less than all-out effort. After detecting a "loser's stench" about his employer, Charlton staged a boardroom coup and took over as CEO. He then proceeded to blast the "disease of mediocrity" from the company by driving his employees long and hard to turn the company around. And he's not above screaming and throwing things to accomplish his goals. Is this someone that more American managers should emulate?
