Hitendra Wadhwa is a professor at Columbia Business School, where he teaches a popular class on personal leadership. He is also the founder of the Institute for Personal Leadership, which does in-person consulting and training to individuals and organizations, and created an online course in collaboration with Columbia Business School that will launch in 2012. He has also worked at McKinsey & Company, and founded Paramark, the first real-time optimization platform for online marketing. He has an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Management Science from the MIT Sloan School of Management. @hitendraw
