Quite simply, iMeet simplifies the videoconferencing world by calling you on your own phone (as opposed to you figuring out complex dial-in details). The meeting rooms themselves can accommodate up to 15 participants and can be decorated with different backgrounds (skylines, castles, company logos, and more). When someone is speaking, his or her avatar glows and you can also connect to their Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn profile. Most importantly perhaps, the service integrates easily with Microsoft Outlook and allows file uploads, so all participants can collaborate.

COST: Video conference rooms are $69 per month, but invited attendess participate for free.
