We own and operate 7 restaurants (6 completely different concepts) in the Denver and Boulder area. We are currently readying for growth and are looking for ways that technology can facilitate that growth. Restaurateurs are notoriously late-adopters and we only recently have been dragged kicking and screaming in the age of Social Media. We are changing the way that we communicate to our guests and to our employees, and in this area, Comcast, and it's reliable, high-speed internet service can certainly help. We are dreaming of the day when much of our training occurs in a virtual environment; videos of cooking techniques and service interactions etc. We have only scratched the surface of what technology can do by uploading documents via Google docs that can be accessed by our management team. We are just dabbling, with great success into the arena of social media by using Twitter and Facebook to reach out and market to an already very loyal customer base. All in all, we are very exited for the efficiencies that can be created by using technology to its fullest and are looking forward to having Comcast continue to be a valuable partner to that end.
