Some of the recent self-service improvements we've made include bolstering our comprehensive Help & Support library, and adding Customer Forums. When you visit Help & Support (, for example, you'll notice a streamlined design geared towards ensuring that customers get fast access to answers using our “Google-like” search. The Customer Forums ( allow customers to ask those tougher technical questions on a variety of threads to get answers from Comcast experts or from their peers. These aren’t the only enhancements– please look for new enhancements throughout 2013 to the online bill pay, managing your voice and data services as well as managing your account.
