00:11 Dave Kerpen: Surprise and delight has always been a great tenet of good business. Your customers are worth rewarding. Your loyal customers are worth rewarding even more. Now Facebook and social media allow you to talk to your customers to reward them, to give them free stuff, and to turn your customers into fans, and to turn your fans into brand ambassadors and evangelists for your brand.

So, on the SodaStream Facebook page, they're currently giving away house parties where they're actually giving away 5,000 SodaStream machines. An incredible prize, but think about the brand ambassadors that they are building by doing this promotion. On the Gas Monkey Garage page, they told their fans, if they hit 300,000 likes, they're giving them all free T-shirts. And lo and behold, they went right through 300,000 likes, all the way to 382,000 likes and every single one of them is now getting a free T-shirt from Gas Monkey Garage.
